This article looks into one of the most frequently asked questions regarding snacks that are vegan friendly: Are Bugles Vegan?
Yes! Multiple flavors of Bugles are vegan including the original flavor. The Original Flavor Bugles only have a few simple ingredients. These ingredients are: Degermed Yellow Corn Meal, Vegetable Oil (Coconut and/or Palm Kernel), Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda. Freshness Preserved by BHT.
However, half of the Bugles flavors are not vegan due to milk-based ingredients. It should be noted that all of the Bugles flavors contain the allergen warning “May Contain Milk” as all flavors are manufactured on the same equipment. Only vegans with milk allergies need to avoid Bugles for this reason. Additionally, all Bugles flavors are considered vegetarian. A full analysis of every Bugle flavor is below.
Note: Nutrition information for each Bugles flavor is from General Mill’s website.
