Dragon Broccoli
Rice Pilaf
One vegan side option that pairs well with the Dragon Broccoli would be the Rice Pilaf. As this is just plain rice without much seasoning, you will want to pair it with something.
Marinara Pasta
This Marinara Pasta dish isn’t on the Red Lobster menu, but can be made from ingredients on hand. The marinara sauce is 100% vegan-friendly. Pair this option with one of the sides below to add variety to your meal.
You can see vegans eating the Marinara Pasta at Red Lobster in this YouTube video by Vince Lia.
Garden Salad (Without Cheese)
While a side salad is not a very exciting option, most restaurant garden salads can be made vegan friendly including Red Lobster’s. The cheese needs to be removed when ordering to make this side salad vegan.
Red Lobster only has one vegan vegan friendly salad dressing: Champagne Vinaigrette.
Plain Baked Potato (No Butter or Sour Cream)
Sea-Salted French Fries
Seasoned Fresh Broccoli
If you pass on the Dragon Broccoli, then Red Lobster’s “Seasoned Fresh Broccoli” is another broccoli option for you. Pair this with the pasta or potato above for a more complete meal.
Margaritas
Since Red Lobster doesn’t have very many exciting vegan options, you might as well liven things up with a Margarita. According to the allergy guide, Red Lobster’s Peach (Frozen or On the Rocks), Perfect Patron, and Raspberry (Frozen or On the Rocks) are all vegan friendly.
